Senior Transitions Charitable Trust

The Senior Transition Charitbale trust exists to aid relief of poverty in the senior community. Our aim is to help those seniors who do not have the financial support to move from their current location into a care facitlity such as a rest home, hospital or respite care.

Poverty in the senior community creates a huge buirden on the public health system. With no aid and few alternatives, responisbility falls on volunteers and social workers to provide assistance in the home.
